在乌兹别克斯坦的风暴里，在沙特的沙漠中……一座座银色穹顶倔强生长。这些智能温室，是中国农业智慧向世界播撒的“春天”。1998年，山东寿光市小官道村青年王守波穿上军装，成为一名光荣的战士；27年后，他带领团队在40个国家建起智能温室，成为享誉国际的“蔬菜大使”。从保家卫国的军人，到用钢架大棚架设“绿色丝绸之路”的新农人，王守波的“棚”程，跨越万里，解锁了春天。

“棚”勃发展的创业路

2000年，脱下军装，回到家乡寿光的王守波，并未停下征战的脚步，只是战场从沙场换成了田野。部队淬炼出的坚韧意志，成为他拓荒农业领域的利刃。投身农业之初，跑过蔬菜运输的王守波敏锐地发现：家乡虽是“中国菜篮子”，但农户建造种植温室时，竟缺乏专业的建设队伍。巨大的市场空白，正是机遇所在，他果断带领团队切入温室建设领域。2009年，王守波成立寿光首家正规温室公司——山东利森特农业科技有限公司。从钢材选型到结构设计，主导制定抗风等级、覆膜参数等硬指标，专业团队让寿光大棚告别“作坊时代”。他们不仅解决了农民施工中的实际困难，更以专业性和前瞻性，主导制定了行业急需的标准化体系，填补了市场空白。

王守波的事业不止于建棚。他以战略眼光，每年锁定一个突破口，带领企业步步为营：从温室骨架建设，延伸到棚内配套种植技术；升级至物联网智能控制系统；深入种子种苗研发，完善产业链条。凭借军人“找原因、找突破”的执着，他将公司业务从单一施工升级为贯通全产业链的现代农业服务体系。

“棚”程万里的国际路

共建“一带一路”带来了新机遇，王守波萌生了把温室“种”到海外的想法：“我们的温室不仅可以为中国的农业种植户提供服务，也可以为全球的农业种植户量身定制。”

自2016年开始，利森特针对不同国家气候特性研发定制温室技术，如乌兹别克斯坦的韩式连栋棚膜温室、沙特的智能玻璃育苗温室，几内亚的双斜面遮阳温室、双拱遮阳温室等。“例如，中亚的夏天炎热，空气又比较干燥，我们可以通过加湿喷淋的方式，来降低棚内温度。”王守波详细讲述着，“而在非洲或是东南亚，同样是高温环境，但那边的湿度比较大，就要考虑通过降低湿度的方式来降低棚里的温度。”同时，利森特在寿光设立20余座微缩版“世界温室实验室”，模拟阿拉伯半岛沙地、俄罗斯雪原等地的气候场景，确保每个项目落地前均通过精准“预演”。

王守波介绍，利森特已为全球40余个国家和地区建设272个种植园区，合作客户超500家，让“寿光模式”扎根全球。

“棚”转乾坤的科技路

王守波认为，利森特的成功不仅仅是将大棚“种”满海外，更是将“寿光模式”播撒到全球，这一切得益于技术的输出，以及其背后“寿光模式”的强大生命力。王守波自豪地说：“依托寿光的农业资源优势和全产业链优势，我们不仅给当地提供温室大棚，这只是一个硬件，还有里面的‘软件’，像种子、种苗在寿光也能找到全球最好的一些品牌或品种。”

利森特还有专业人员为海外客户提供种植技术指导，把寿光的种植模式、种植标准输出到海外，“硬基建+软服务”相得益彰，提高当地农业设施的效能。在沙特新未来城，智能玻璃温室覆盖当地90%的有机蔬菜供应。在乌兹别克斯坦锡尔河畔，有了利森特公司的水肥一体化技术加持，西红柿亩均收入是过去的6倍……这些都向世界证明：中国农业不仅能养活自己，还能滋养全球。

王守波表示，公司计划在更多共建“一带一路”国家建设种植技术共享中心、农业合作中心，与更多合作伙伴共享发展成果。

王守波将一座座银色蔬菜大棚，“种”到了世界多地。它们以钢架为骨，薄膜为衣，在异国的土壤上化身为坚韧的“绿色桥梁”，传递着“寿光模式”的蓬勃生机。这些银色穹顶不仅产出了新鲜蔬菜，更孕育着技术自信与文化共鸣。

Amidst storms in Uzbekistan and deserts of Saudi Arabia, silver domes rise defiantly. These smart greenhouses sow the seeds of Chinese agricultural ingenuity worldwide. In 1998, Wang Shoubo, a young man from Xiaoguandao Village, Shougang City, ShandongProvince, enlisted as a soldier. Twenty-seven years later, he leads a team building smart greenhouses in 40 countriesand regions, earning international acclaim as the "Vegetable Ambassador." Transitioning from defending his homeland to constructing a "Green Silk Road" with steel-framed greenhouses, Wang's journey spans continents, unlocking springtime harvests globally.

A Thriving Path: From Soldier to Greenhouse Pioneer

After leaving the military in 2000, Wang Shoubo channeled his discipline into agriculture. The resilient will forged in the army became his blade for pioneering in agriculture. Having worked in vegetable transport, Wang noticed thatin his hometown, China's "vegetable basket", farmers lacked professional construction teams when building planting greenhouses. This huge market gap presented an opportunity and he decisively led his team into the greenhouse construction sector. In 2009, Wang founded Shougang's first formal greenhouse company–Shandong Lisente Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. From steel selection to structural design, the professional team took the lead in setting hard indicators like wind resistance ratings and film covering parameters, bidding farewell to Shougang's greenhouse "workshop era." Not only did they solve practical difficulties for farmers during construction, but with professionalism and foresight, they also spearheaded the establishment of a much-needed standardized system for the industry, filling the market gap.

Wang Shoubo's venture went beyond just building greenhouses. He strategically expanded yearly: from structural engineering to integrated planting tech, IoT controls, and seed R&D. His military perseverance transformed Lisente into a full-chain modern agriculture service provider.

Global Path: Greenhouses Span the World

Inspired by the Belt and Road Initiative, Wang Shoubo envisioned to "plant" greenhouses overseas: "Our greenhouses can not only serve Chinese agricultural growers but can also be customized for growers worldwide."

Starting in 2016, Lisente began developing customized greenhouse technologies for different countries' climatic characteristics, such as Korean-style multi-span film greenhouses for Uzbekistan, smart glass seedling greenhouses for Saudi Arabia, dual-slope shade greenhouses for Guinea, etc. "For example, Central Asian summers are hot and the air is relatively dry; we can lower the greenhouse temperature through humidifying sprays," Wang Shoubo explained in detail. "Whereas in Africa or Southeast Asia, also high-temperature environments, the humidity is high, so we need to consider reducing humidity to lower the temperature inside the greenhouse." Simultaneously, Lisente's 20 micro "World Greenhouse Labs" in Shougang simulate environments from Arabian deserts to Russian tundra for precision testing.

Wang introduced that Lisente has built 272 planting parks in over 40 countries worldwide, collaborating with more than 500 clients, rooting the "Shougang Model" globally.

Greenhouse Revolution: The Technological Path

Wang Shoubo believes Lisente's success lies not just in "planting" greenhouses overseas, but in spreading the "Shougang Model" globally. All this benefits from technological output and the robust vitality of the "Shougang Model" behind it. Wang proudly stated: "Beyond hardware,we provide seeds, seedlings, and expertise, leveraging Shougang's agricultural resource advantages and full industrial chain strengths. Besides, Shougang also hosts some of the world's best brands or varieties."

Lisente also has professional personnel providing planting technical guidance to overseas clients, exporting Shougang's planting models and standards. The synergy of "hardware infrastructure + soft services" enhances the efficiency of local agricultural facilities. In Saudi Arabia's NEOM, smart glass greenhouses supply 90% of the local organic vegetables. By the Syrdarya River in Uzbekistan, with Lisente's integrated water-fertilizer technology, tomato income per mu (approx. 0.165 acres) is six times what it was before... These achievements demonstrate to the world: Chinese agriculture can not only feed itself but also nourish the world.

Wang Shoubo indicated that Lisente plans to build planting technology sharing centers and agricultural cooperation centers in more Belt and Road partner countries, sharing development achievements with more partners.

Wang Shoubo has "planted" silver vegetable greenhouses in many places around the world. These steel-framed greenhouses stand as resilient "green bridges" on foreign soil, conveying the vigorous vitality of the "Shougang Model", yielding fresh produce while fostering technical confidence and cultural exchange.
